Now onto my story.
Continuing with these stories;
Part 7:
Lucky number 7!! Having Dave be home, made me think about his trainer. How is he doing, I haven't talked to him since...March of that year? I knew he went to Dominican Republic in May. Maybe it was May was the last time I heard from him. Well now having Dave back, I randomly asked for Jason's number. I had been pushed in the pool, WITH MY PHONE IN MY POCKET!!! I got a bit pissed, but I was okay too. Only pissed cause I'm away from my family and can't buy a new phone...Well the guy that pushed me bought me a new phone.
Side Note: When you get your phone wet and doesn't work, DON'T put it in rice. I've done it MANY times, doesn't work. The phone that my friend bought me for pushing me in the pool, it was been in the water twice!! I felt HORRIBLE when my phone accidentally fell in the toilet. But a friend told me to put it in the freezer. I had then bought a go phone, very cheap for the just in case. Putting in freezer for about 2/3 days, then taking it out to go ahead and let it air dry for a week. Works perfectly after that.
Another time, I had put my phone with my laundry as I went to go wash them. OOPES!! Well did the same thing,works!! I still have that phone today, after 2 years of having it :)
Anyways, I got Jason's phone number and one morning, I just texted him.
"HEY! It's Kendra how's it going" Or something along those lines. Jason knows it a bit more.
Jason was asleep when I first texted him, I was on my way to work (I know texting and driving...including in California, whoops)
I wish I had written those first few texts, but I never did. Jason loves his sleep and early in the morning. Jason checked out the text and it was from "Kendra" He still had my phone in his phone. Took him possibly 1 minute to go ahead and text me back. Jason counted how many texts was sent to each other during that first day (75)
After the first day, we continued to text each other
Jason: "Well I am leaning towards mentoring helping others"
Me: "You are a helping kind of guy ;) "
Jason: "I try to think I am :) "
Me: "It's just something I want in a husband :) "
Jason: " Oh no I better stop telling you what I'm like :D "
Me: "Why is that? Maybe I like it"
Jason: "I know you do. That's why I think it's funny"
Me: "Why lol"
Jason: "Just because ;) "
Me: "Oh you! ;) Explain"
Jason: "I don't wanna"
Me: "Fine :P haha"
Jason: "I like you. You're alright :P "
Me: "man..I don't know what it is with you..."
Jason: "What do you mean? Explain"
Me: "Well I haven't felt this way before since my previous relationship and yet we haven't even met yet!"
Jason: "Well then I think it will be very interesting when we do actually meet :) "
Me: "Yeah. Sorry for being forward with you. Honestly you can just not like me. I'm not the greatest girl out there. Plus-you possibly like another girl"
Jason: "Not quite the relly I was looking for. Don't be so hard on yourself. It's okay to be straight forward with me. I kinda like it ;) "
Me: "Okay good :) haha so why do you think it'll be interesting when we meet?"
Jason: "Just because, I have my own thoughts about it, but it's good, really good ;) "
Me: "And how come I can't know about your thoughts?
Jason: "You can, but it is not easy :) "
Me: "It's okay mine aren't either. Mine are all over the place too haha"
Jason: "Yours aren't very hard to figure out"
Me: "Yeah, cause I'm that forward. You...you're a mystery! that I need to solve ;) "
Jason: "This is true. I am a mystery, but I know you can solve it. It's not easy, but you will have many clues ;D "
I sure did solve him ;)
Two days before I finally met Jason in person. I told as many people I know about him. I was obsessed
Jason and I stayed up very late at night, as Jason was driving his way from Utah to California, with Dave sleeping and sometimes awake by his side.
