"Hello Kendra,
Well I am very glad I got a letter. To tell you the truth it was the first hand written letter I have ever received in the mission, and I have been out 16 months. As soon as I got it I called up Ellsworth to let him know. I do love San Jose love. But you are right we do have something in common, Dave Ellsworth. You call him Dave, I call him Ellsworth, if you put it together you get the coolest guy in the world.
....
(Wrote a bit about himself)
(Questions that he asked)
1) What do you do in San Jose for free time?
2) Favorite kind of food?
3) How many are in your family where do you fit in?
4) 1 Wish, what would it be.
5) Chewy Bacon or Crunchy Bacon?
6) How much do you weigh? :) (He actually asked me that)
(Talked more about Ellsworth)
Sincerely Elder Jason Klingler"
I enjoyed every moment writing to him. There were a bunch of questions asked and answered. We both never asked the same question. We sent pictures to each other and drawings.
I honestly enjoyed getting his letter than my own missionary.
In the middle of writing to him, I moved out to Southern California who my amazing friends and "little sisters"/my other family took me in to be a part of their family. I had Emily and Kim, my 'little sisters' write to Elder Klingler as well. More people to write to. I know Jason sure enjoyed that.
I wanted to meet this Elder Klingler and he had plans on visiting me after he returns back from his mission. I had no clue when. I had my last letter to him sent to his New Mexico home (He messaged me on Facebook the address) Including getting a bigger picture of me. Well that letter that was sent to New Mexico arrived the same day that Elder Klingler returned home.
I have texted him here and there, I knew he would have been at a cruise the day after he returned home. So I did waited for awhile to text him more. But just had a feeling things aren't at their right timing to meet him. Plus I was in a relationship....
(To be Continued)
