I was very excited on going on my mission. I went right away on meeting up with my bishop and stake president. I wanted to go into the temple and do more work!! Set up my date;
November 19th, 2011
I was so excited. I started inviting people to come join me. These are the people who had made it; my parents, Brooke, Matt, Mike, Cory, Nick, and Trent's mom. I want to say there was also Ashton, another Matt and Ashton's mom. But I'm not too sure and my journal is in the other room and I'm too warm to get out of bed to get it. (But yeah I had a lo of guy friends, including when they all have their endowments anyways)
I won't say too much, but I will say this that as I was sitting down with my step mom waiting, she brought up that my mom was right there in the room with us. I had many many things on my mind and didn't fell her spirit there as my step mom did. But it made me feel more calm than ever before!!
As soon as I got my endowments I ended up doing sessions instead of doing baptisms. I wanted to do more work. I loved every second of it.
I have gained more friends and I had many fun experiences!

| Yeah, that's right I rode a motorcycle back home from the beach. BEST. THING. EVER!!! Now that I think of it, I guess that's why I love jet skiing, including with my husband. Either riding with him or riding separately and enjoying each other as we splash each other. |

So as I was watching the October session of General Conference and watching this story about a guy in Haiti on his mission I started feeling nervous and not wanting to go on my mission, yet I was excited to go, but I wasn't thinking about my mission a lot more than I should have. I was focused on going to the temple as much as possible, there were some weeks that I would go twice a week, or there was one week I went 3 times!! When Thanksgiving came around I asked my parents about clothes shopping and shopping for my mission-my parents told me we would go in December. Okay.......
Well my friend Dave finally got back from his mission. YAY!!
