But here are some other things that had happened during the weekend.
Thursday I had gone with my mother in-law in her ward at her Relief Society Enrichment and made this!!
Like I said before, Friday and Saturday was busy with work and cleaning the house. Which by the way, Saturday when I got home from work, since that was Jason's day off of harvest, but he still had to fix our car so we have separate cars, and still haha high school dance to DJ, Jason still had time to put a load of laundry in the washer AND put dishes away while put another load in the dishwasher. Without asking him!! He's such a sweetheart.
Sunday, after church we baked cookies. Which are my favorite, SNICKERDOODLES!! <3
Then shared it with some of our favorite people in our lives.
Then later went over to my in-laws and had a birthday party for my brother in-law. He turned 18 years old!! He can now go on his mission!! But he is of course waiting till he is done with high school first.
Look at this little adorable little girl!! <3 She melts my heart...until I have my own. But she still melts my heart for being my niece <3
The uncles playing with Jaxon. Too cute!! Even though he wasn't playing in real life, he still thought he was. Watching Jason with our niece and nephews lets me have a small glimpse of him with our children. But the time isn't now
He was too excited to show his mommy what he can do. We all went in the room and man, he is one talented kid. He can do so many things!! We can't keep track of his many talents, but only his mother knows which one he loves the most and which one he will not love so much, but will in the end and will keep that talent and let it grow.
(Just like my mother in-law and Jason, he didn't love piano when he was younger, until he was 14 years old and LOVED it and still does.)
Some pictures that Jason took while out on the field of harvesting potatoes
Large potatoes!! We also have a bucket filled with smaller potatoes. I guess we will be having all kinds of potatoes for dinner. YUM!!
Your Snickerdoodles are super CUTE packaging!! :) I'm sure that brightened someone's day!
ReplyDeleteThank you and it sure did :) Including when the cookies were really good. I was surprised myself, along with my husband lol
