As I have mentioned in my other post, my grandma had passed away. Friday was her funeral so family was in town for the weekend; my sister and her family and even my brothers. We got to look through some slide shows, a few of them were of me when I was a kid! Including of my parent's wedding!! From my birth mom and step mom.
Drove up to San Jose on Monday with my brothers. As we were driving to San Jose, Kimbri called me up! We got to talking and she decided to come down to San Jose also, from Auburn. She came down Tuesday evening and left early this morning (Thursday) We had great laughs and just had a fantastic time together.
I really wish I took some pictures. So the girls day/night Wednesday-us girls woke up in the morning and ate some breakfast. Katie went off to work as Kimbri and I stayed over at Katie's and worked out, got ready, had trouble with the printer. Then we drove over to Katie's work at Straford School (a private elementary school) or something like that. Went to Five Guys and Fries (LINK) Had some amazing Cajun fries! YUMMY!!
After lunch with the girls we went over to Ross, Kimbri wanted to get some shirts for her husband, but got some church shoes for him. Katie got a purse and I got a shirt for Jason!! I LOVE IT!! <3 and I know he will too! Afterwards, Katie had to go back to work and Kimbri and I went to Valley Fair and got some perfume for herself. I need to go get myself some of the spray that Jason loves. It was time to get back to Katie's; Kimbri did some homework watched 'Footloose' and I did some wedding planning and planned out some stuff for the week when Jason is in California. Just one more week!! <3
Katie returned back from work. Then went out to dinner.
Had a fantastic time with the girls! Lots of talking, lots of advice from Kimbri about marriage and so much more!! Can't wait to see them again mid April!! <3
