How it all started!

Before we met:
It all started back in April 2010, when one of my friends, Dave told me to write to his trainer Elder Klingler. I actually had sent off a missionary, who is also Dave's best friend, and since I was already writing other missionaries, who I have never met before letters (My birth mom wrote to my dad while he was on his mission to Germany and never had met before) I told him that I would do it.
As Elder Klingler got this letter that I sent him, his thoughts were, "Must be my MTC companion's sister, trying to reach him" Well it sure wasn't her, don't even know if he even has a sister and there aren't any Sloan members that is actually related to me.
I gave Elder Klingler two choices:
1) You could write me back and take the chance of having a new friend or
2) Don't write back and just live your life and return with honor.
Or something along those lines.
As you could tell, Elder Klingler wrote me back! YEAH!
I was his first handwritten letter, wow! He had a girlfriend back home, he wrote to her and she responded in emails. She stopped shortly after. We wrote to each other 8 months straight. Amazing! Also I forgot about my missionary. We had amazing laughs and great stories that we told each other.
As soon as Elder Jason Klingler returned home December 3rd, 2010 my last letter returned to him. RIGHT on the day that he got home. Can you say, great timing! <3
Later we just stopped talking, I actually got a boyfriend just before he returned home, but I really wanted to be friends. We thought about each other here and there for a year. Never did anything. We went our separate ways. He was even planning on visiting me in January 2011. It just wasn't the right timing. We both needed to grow and to learn so much more in life before we actually meet.

How we met:
Dave finally returned home in the beginning of November, just before I was getting my endowments.

November 19, 2011 I received my endowments. Special day for me! Got it at the LA Temple! My parents and both mothers were there. Yes, my birth mom was there in spirit! <3 I know she would never miss it.
November 10th was his birthday, I went on facebook and said happy birthday to him and told him the news about my mission call. He said that he was coming to visit California soon, didn't know when though.
I texted Jason randomly one morning. He woke up from my text. He yet again had two choices to choose.
1) Text her right away, or
2) Text her once I am well rested.
He choose to text me right away! YEAH! Texted non-stop after that. Every single day. I wasn't sure when he was coming to town. But later one he told me. So excited for that day to come!

Sunday December 4, 2011:
I was a nervous wreck! I was too excited! I couldn't even sleep. Jason drove to New Mexico to Utah one day for this training thing for 3 days. Dave was already out there visiting family & friends. So Jason drove Dave back to California. Good thing Jason had some energy drinks, Dave and loud music to keep him up.
They arrived at 6 in the morning! Talk about no sleep, including Jason. Was up early Saturday to get to the training thing and right after that he picked up Dave and on their way. Good thing church didn't start till 1pm so that they could have some sleep before church.

I arrived at the church building 50 mins earlier. Well sacrament started-announcements, opening prayer, other stuff singing, and even took the sacrament and still no sign of them. My thoughts were, "Did they wake up?"
Well right after taking the sacrament, I saw him!! I saw him first peeking out the window. Possibly looking for me, he still couldn't see me. I had saved two seats next to me. I was sitting in the middle front, off to the right side as if you were looking forward. Well after taking the sacrament my friend Matt sat next to me, great. So another plan-I actually had to go to the bathroom so I guess it'll be the perfect time going then. I stood up and Jason later told me that he lit up! He knew right then and there once we saw each other that I was the one!
Yes love at first sight. It's actually excised. I didn't experienced it, not everyone does but he did! <3 When we saw each other it was like we were the only two in the room. After going to the bathroom, I came and sat next to the boys, who sat in the back. Dave sitting between us. As I was talking with Dave I looked over at Jason and his face was something like "Not bad!" We couldn't stop flirting with each other as Dave was still sitting between us.

After people stood up to bare their testimonies, Jason and I both stood up and introduced ourselves and actually heard each other's voices for the first time without whispering. Then the hug came, he hugged me so tight which I love. It truly does make a difference how much a person cares for you with how tight their hugs are. He sure cared for me and we were both shaking!! You could tell that he was nervous too. My friends told me that he couldn't stop looking over at me either. Well just a little later, the boys planned on going back to Dave's house and to sleep! And knowing Jason, he NEEDS his sleep. He sleeps so much!! It's crazy!! But I still love him anyways. Anyways, so I walked the guys out to Jason's car. Jason didn't give me just one other hug, but two! He went in for a hug, leaned back while still holding onto me, said something to Dave and looked back at me and looked at me and smiled with his amazing gorgeous smile! Then hugged me once again. Still tight and still shaking.

I couldn't stay for another hour, I went home to get ready for the evening. Trying to figure out what to wear, well I decided to wear the same thing. Once the guys woke up and told me to head over, I did. They were eating dinner, I ate with them. Talking about missions and other stuff, as the missionaries in the Ellsworth's ward. Later-Me, Dave and Jason went to the Creche that was happening in one of the church buildings. That's when I fell in love with Jason! I haven't laughed that hard in so long! It was amazing. It truly means something when you could make me laugh!! And Jason, he could make so many people laugh, without even trying. It's just his sense of humor, that I fell in love with. Plus he's very good looking! We held hands that night, for the very first time. It was so natural. Felt like we were a couple for a lot longer, but yet, we just met. We headed over to Dave's house and looked at mission videos and pictures and Dave and Jason telling stories. A couple of them were familiar as I read them when Jason sent me those stories in his letters. Well it was getting late and Jason walked me to my car. We talked-which even right now, we just can't stop talking to one another. Well there was this moment that we stopped talking and as Jason was holding onto me for the whole time we were talking to keep me warm. He went in for the kiss <3 and that's all that I will say.

 MONDAY:
Came over to Dave's and cleaned out Jason's car. More and more laughs. I did a pretty great job too! Pretty much this day, we chilled with one another, and Jason and Dave learned a new song to play on the guitar and piano. Well it's "All That I Am" by Parachute. I love having a guy play the piano!

TUESDAY: (our first date)
LA Temple
Walked around at the visitor's center and saw the Christmas lights. I showed Jason one of my favorite spots on temple grounds. Right there, on the picture on the sign. As we were on the sign, we were talking about our future. Yea, I brought up the marriage talk. I took the first move and I did pray about him and felt that this is what it's supposed to happen. I know that he is going to be my husband! Well as I was telling him, he got the same answer! Now we were talking about if I should go on a mission or not, well he told me that he got from the man upstairs, our Heavenly Father that it's my diction. Either one that I choose, it'll be a good one. As for Jason, he'll be my husband no matter what! He will always be there for me, supporting me (Even though he also got another answer, which he told me after I made the final decision, that I wasn't going to go on my mission) Heavenly Father knows me, and he knew that I wasn't going. But he wanted me to push onto getting my endowments and to gain so much that I may help Jason and that he may help me too.

So there were some people on the street, possibly in a car and as Jason and I were talking, they yelled out "Just say yes!" We both looked at each other and he said "Let's give them a kiss" So we kissed and they cheered. They just witnessed a fake proposal lol

Santa Monica; 3rd Street. Dinner-Johnny Rockets
Just an amazing dinner and great laughs and stories.

Beverly Hills
We stopped by at the sign and took some pictures. On the right, the Christmas tree, well down there, behind that tree was mine and Jason's first slow dance <3 He's actually a pretty good leader.

Went on Santa Monica Pier, walked around and went on the beach, he was such a little kid! Both Jason and I went barefoot and man was the sand really cold! But we survived. Kelsie and Dave just watched us, laughed and talked within themselves to catch up and all. Went to the Hollywood Walk and it was about 1am at the time. People were filming and filming "The Gangster Squad" With Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling. To believe it or not, but we actually saw Ryan Gosling run out of the building!

THURSDAY:

Later that evening:
Went to go babysit these two beautiful and handsome kids! McKenzie & Grady
