Scary Moment

So there have been a few blog friends that shared their previous most terrifying experience, and I would like to share mine.

It was General Conference Weekend, the Monday after Conference, we were on our way back to Idaho. I will post my day in Salt Lake tomorrow, but that Monday Jason was planning on driving back to Idaho, instead his eyes were blood shot and he couldn't even open his eyes. Some bad case of pink eye, allergies or something. We had just left my sister in-law's place in Ogden, Utah and before we headed to get gas and on our way, we stopped at Walgreens to get some stuff for poor Jason. As I was in there, looking at which eye drops to get; I heard this man and talking on the phone. At least that's what it sounded like. I heard the man coming closer and closer. I wasn't sure what he was saying, but when he was as close as I got for me to see him maybe 5 feet away I looked behind me where he was. I kept thinking he was on the phone the whole time until I turned around. He is voice changed into his normal voice to a voice that sounded like someone was on the phone, this raspy voice of his. As I looked at him he looked at me and smiled. I gave him like slight half smile. I looked back to the eye drops and I see him still looking at me from my side. I quickly got the closest eye drop that I could see and left to pay for my things hoping he wasn't following me. He was talking the whole time. I was just scared and I already knew that Ogden was just a creepy place to be, including at night. I was safe when I was in the car with Jason and telling him the whole thing. Luckily I got the right eye drops and worked wonders on Jason. I left the parking lot and finally got my heart rate back to normal as we got to the gas station. I don't think I'll ever be alone around in Ogden ever again.
