First started off with a Family Reunion, on Jason's mother's mom's side of the family.
There were a few small activities that we did, and of course FOOD!!
On top of the car is a lake and NOT attached to the roof of the car/van. Jason told me that we aren't going to get a mini van or anything close to that. An SUV is more our style.
Jason's Panda
The Family Tree
My in-laws are back in Idaho Falls!!
The guessing game, trying to figure out how many there are in each container. I don't think Jason and I won, or was even close. Oh well
My cute nephews, yeah Jason and I might actually have possibly one child with red hair. At least when they are younger. Jason honestly had red hair when he was younger. YUP! And I have had every single hair color. Black, blonde, brown and red.
Mine and Jason's job was to dance with the kids and adults.
We left the family reunion a bit early to go to the wedding in Jackson, Wyoming.
Since we had a bit more time to spare, we stopped by to get some square Ice Cream! YUM!! I loved my flavor, some kind of carmel with mini chocolate carmel cups
I will say this, Idaho is beautiful!!
I told Jason that I love this camera so much that I can take so many pictures with this, capture every moment in our lives with it, including all the moments that we will have some day. We are putting white water rafting on our bucket list.
The Wedding; Justin and Sarah
Country theme, very simple, and really well done!
Love her dress! I think the groom was wondering what the heck I was doing and who I was. oh well, I was obsessed with taking pictures.
A Whoops Moment:
So at a Jackson Wedding, they tip big and at weddings and events, they give you free food. We had stake....but!!!
Something happened that I never thought it would happen...
I cut through my paper plate with the knife that they let us cut our stake and it led to this...
Blood on my dress, the rest of the night, I was literally hiding that spot and barely went around anywhere.
It was during the Best Man's speech too. WHOOPS!
There were a few people who were drunk, but I still enjoyed every moment. My first wedding to go with Jason to, it was worth every moment.
If Jason has to work on our anniversary, I will be going with him; it's another wedding. YAY! but BOO! (Won't be able to actually spend time with him-because when my husband is at work, he is at work, focused at work.
Luckily we are here at Island park and he is paying more attention to me. No more school and no work to worry about. We are doing work here, but it's a different kind of work.
What did you do this weekend?
