I have learned a few things about what to do before painting.
This is what we did;
- We washed down the whole house with the pressure water, as I was doing the dishes.
- Hammered some wood boards to place, ended up nailing down some more (getting ready for the winter)
- Sanded down some doors to to ready to be painted and to be stained.
- Calked around some wood places for water/ice won't get down there for the ice to pop the wood planks down.
- Calked the front of the cabin with Jason, along with around the windows.
It got pretty serious after a very short amount of time when the calk was getting all over your hands and then drying out. Oh boy.
Then afterwards we went out and played in the water. Jason and I had quite the adventure, we went out far and had such an adventure. Found a nice little island. The only down side with our camera-is that it's not water proof. We will get a disposable water proof camera sometime this year though, as we are on our cruise. Later in the evening, we found a skunk wondering around the place, Jason wanted to go ahead and shoot it. Downside-if we did, it would smell all night long. We don't want that!! and if it had gotten on him, I wouldn't want to sleep with him. Unfortunately, we didn't get him. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted. Then we went and looked at the moon.

GOOD NIGHT <3
Today of Day 2 at Island Park is to tape the rocks around the house, more calking (the windows that are higher) and that's all that I know for now. With more helpers coming later tonight.
I love this! Is this Island Park in Idaho? Looks like a lot of fun! :) And now I want to watch How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days! :)
