As we arrived in Cozumel, the weather wasn't great, but it was still very warm!!!
That little boat to the right side of the picture, when we were walking past it was rocking back and forth way too much!!! Did NOT want to be in that boat.
Now we were all thinking what we should do, as Jason was going scuba Diving. Since he didn't get to go last time when he went on a cruise, just after his mission. Because he didn't have his certification. Yes he is certified. I will someday be certified as well. It's actually fun, minus the ears hurting the time I had gone in the swimming pool!!
The time we found out what we were going to do, snorkeling. My father in-law loves it!! We had gotten a pretty great deal. So we had gone, at first I was planning on just chilling with my mother in-law. I was just too scared of the water. But I was wrong!!!! As soon as we stopped the boat. I was getting real sea sick!!! As everyone was getting their gear on, I decided to do the same. Got my gear on, and I couldn't even put it on, as my hands were getting very numb and couldn't feel them. The guys on the boat were telling us the rules and what not. Which took forever in my head!!! I even had my head between my legs. Wasn't working. I was feeling very pale!!
Finally it was time to get out!! YES!! Which I couldn't even get myself on the edge of the boat to jump off. Thanks to my mother and father in-law for the help.
As we were in the water. I started to feel my hands again. Thank goodness!!! Enjoyed my time, and I wasn't even scared after that!! I even touched the fish, which freaked my out a bit. But at the same time, I thought I had felt a strand from my lifejacket. As we were there a bit longer than I would want to, I was starting to feel sick again. I had even gotten down below the water to see if I can feel it. It was better, just couldn't breathe and I couldn't stay down there long enough cause of the lifejacket.
As it was time to go, and on the boat, I wanted to be the last people to get on. Which I was and hated being on the boat. I still couldn't stand it. There were some other people who couldn't stand being on the boat as well. Which happened to be USANA people. There were also other people who were LDS who as well are in USANA!! We helped each other giving each other water and giving us tips on how not to be sea sick. Well we went back on land and dropped off the people who were having trouble, like me!! Stayed there and just took a nap. I wasn't scared of anything, plus the people who had stayed behind stayed for a bit. As I needed to use the rest room, it was $5 to go. WHAT THE HECK!!! I'll just pee in a bush. Which I didn't. I waited till the rest of the people came, and we had gone back to the boat. There was another restroom in the mini shops near our boat. As we got back to the boat, dropped things off and then got off, we saw Jason!! After he dropped things off, we were off to do some shopping. Which was 7 miles long!!
Got a few things for free, with our coupon book. Then we also got some other cool stuff, vanilla (which by the way, we don't ever buy vanilla here in the states, doesn't taste as soon) We have been using one that Jason got from the DR. Now we have Mexico vanilla, which taste AMAZING!! Got a backpack for myself and a few other things.
Jason gave us a deal for getting this great painting!!! Him and speaking spanish, it works a charm!!
Thought this was funny!!
A lobster!!
Right when we got on the boat, we quickly took a shower and went to the private USANA pirate party. People on the boat thought we were going to get the captain (not really)
Jason and I weren't feeling too well in the middle of it, so we left. Took a mini nap before dinner.
After dinner, I had gotten back to our room, because I was feeling really sick after the snorkeling part of the trip. Then Jason and his parents went around the boat some more.
So pretty! That's the area Joe served in and we want to go back and visit!
