My goals last week;
- Wake up at 6am every morning-FAIL!! I am in fact getting up earlier than I have been. My husband needs more work on that, BUT he too has been waking up a bit earlier than he always have.
- Having personal time; spiritual and personal-Not so much. But I kinda have.
- Work out every morning together-Someday it'll happen.
- Work out every evening-It has been going on!! I have actually gone to the gym Saturday and Monday morning so far. But that's only because I had days off work then. It'll normally in the evenings, and yet I have done so!!
This week goals;
- Work out every day for at least an hour!
- Have a meal plan every week (which still tend to be hard because we either eat all the food or we tend to have left overs. Then there are also days that we tend to go over to my in-laws or random evening we will spend time over at our friend's house)
- Spiritual and Personal reading time.
- Made the bed every morning. (At least on my side of the bed)
