Fun Filled Weekend

I guess I should have wrote this days ago, but oh well!

Friday & Saturday=WORK!

But!!! Friday and Saturday night, I had put children to sleep and they had slept through out the whole night! Including this one girl, I had watched her at my place before and she had never slept with Jason and I and slept through out the whole night. But when she slept over at her regular babysitter (also one of my friends) 1) She hates sleeping by herself! and 2) She cries like crazy. Saturday night I decided to come over and help or take over and let my friend and husband be alone....with their own daughter who is still a baby and doesn't sleep with them! This girl wakes up in the middle of the night and goes into my friends room. Not acceptable for me, she's 4 years old also! Anyways, long story short-she slept through out the WHOLE NIGHT by her self!! I am the kid whisperer. My husband was VERY proud of me.

Jason and I don't have children, but we know that once we do we will not be confused on what we should do. We have been with kids all of our lives. More me and Jason has. I went to class and learned about them and I've gained experience with them. Each child is different, but they are all the same too.

Sunday-Had our friends come over to Sunday sessions of conference.
the first session on Sunday we had two kids upstairs that I ended up not listening because I was worried for the kids in our office possibly messing things up in there (They didn't, close to; but heck our place isn't kid proof yet...never will be. We aren't planning to be living in an apartment when we have children. Possibly when our first is at least 3 months. Then it's time to move!) But that isn't happening yet, we enjoy having free rent!

Second session on Sunday; I was too tired and fell asleep during it. Yeah Jason and I will have to watch it together sometime soon. Possibly my next day off, egh I have a love hate relationship with my busy schedule. I sure did give Jason a back massage though. (That my ladies, is true love. Even when you don't like it)

After conference we all just talked about what is going on with our lives so far and what not. Then...time for my father in-law's birthday party!! Since half of the family doesn't live in Idaho Falls, only a few were there and are the normal ones who come. And let me tell you; we have had 3 birthdays in the past 2...3 months?....

There was Kyle's which was in August, oh and my mother in-law's birthday too (for some reason we didn't quite celebrate it..hmm) Then it was Todd's birthday in September. My father in-law's birthday is in October along with my brother in-law Scott. Then soon enough it'll be Jason's. HA made me think of the time when Jason and Scott were young (hearing stories about it) that growing up Jason's gifts weren't a surprise for him, because since Jason and Scott were very close in age, and very close in birthdays...their parents gave them the same gifts. Poor Jason.
OH BOY!!
This was just awesome!

I adore this kid!! I heard Jason tell this to him; "Show that to aunt Kendra" AND he says the cutest meows!! I'm just proud to be his aunt and grateful to be a part of this family!!
