Besides marriage goals, I am also doing some personal goals.
Let's start off with Marriage Goals, since I do have two weeks left with my husband and every Sunday I have with him in September/a week and a half in October.
1) Learn more about Potato Harvesting, going out to the field and watch Jason ride his tracker and get Potatoes to bring home and to bring in for other people.
2) Packing lunch/dinner for my husband (I'm excited for this one!!)
3) Have a Date Night every Sunday evening, after he has taken a nap after we had church.
4) Give him upper back massages every chance that I could get when he gets home and I'm not in bed.
5) Write down something spiritual and put it on Jason's pillow at the end of the day.
Personal Goals:
1) Work on my business.
2) Read more self motivation books.
3) Read my scriptures every morning!! (so far I'm doing it every other morning)
4) Work out EVERY DAY!!
5) Run every Saturday.
6) Even though Jason won't be around, cook for myself as well (I always pig out on whatever is the easiest to make...aka cereal, whoops)
Random Thoughts-(kinda goes along with goals)
*Actually using my planner again, I haven't been using it since before school ended this year. There are things that need to get done and aren't getting anywhere. So Jason and I are needing to get these apartments rented to.
*Every other week (Mondays) I will be trying a new recipe.
*Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday I will be cooking, the other days will be left overs.
*Sundays are Breakfast Dinners (We just started that this past Sunday)
I'm going to miss our fun mornings, yesterday we had a pillow fight.
and around 1:45AM Jason cuddled with me (I guess I will be excepting that every evening after a long day at the field then) Jason isn't a cuddlier, but he does here and there.
Jason and I have our own blanket, we had gotten a king size bed about a month ago, and we don't have bed sheets for them yet and we love our side of the bed and our own blankets, because we take each others side. Well...Jason cuddled with me in my blanket not his...even though he has his...
It was just a sweet moment for me and I'm really going to hiss him!!
I feel like I need to work on every single one of those marriage goals! They are great!!!! :) I especially love that you are going to pack him lunch/dinner every day. I think about it while I'm at work and then it never happens :P I used to be so good at it.
ReplyDeleteAnd I'm impressed that you are going to learn more about potato harvest! Go you go! :)

Thanks, yeah I got to do at least something while he will be gone most of the time during the month :P
DeleteThese are wonderful marriage and personal goals that I could totally see myself committing time to in the future! Good luck and know that we are always here for you! Thanks for linking up again this month!
