While my Husband is Away

I don't like it when my husband is away, mostly when he is out for work, but this weekend was a bit different. I had a bunch of things going on.

These are the things I end up doing while he is away
  • Clean
  • Laundry
  • Organize
  • Do some crafts
  • Spend time with Madison
  • Watch some shows on Netflix
  • Be Lazy
  • Making our home feel like home for Jason when he gets home.

This was from last weekend:

Thursday:
After we got home from school, Jason went out to a Bachelor Party for his friend Tyler.

I had a great time hearing what they did the next morning from Jason. Played Ultimate Frisbee
Married vs Single
Married won the first 2/ Games and then when they were all tired, a friend in the single team joined in with them and the singles won the last game.
Then for dinner they went to Buffalo Wild Wings. I know Jason sure had a great time there. Makes me want to go there for our anniversary dinner. YUM! I was jealous. Back when I still lived in California and out of my parents home, I would go out with my guy friends to Buffalo Wild Wings for lunch for endless Buffalo Wings. I felt more like the guys. My husband sometimes brings me along with him when he's out with the boys (minus Bachelor Parties) I let him go and have fun, depending what Jason is doing the next day; if he has to wake up early in the morning or not-I just remind him how early he needs to wake up for work and let him choose when to come home.

I love seeing my husband happy after seeing his guy friends.

While he was out with his friends, I was over my friends house and I fell asleep on her couch with her daughter. Whoops.
But man, is she comfortable!!
I fell asleep while he was out. I didn't mind, I had a whole bed to myself.

Friday:
I spent my time with Jason in the morning, then when he had to go to work I got to spend time with Madison, since I barely got to spend time with her the night before, because I fell asleep and the bishopric came over. We went out and did some errands and went to my dentist appointment.
Okay so my teeth aren't straight, but my two front teeth are straighter than it was before. I'll have them so some more work. But they treated me very well!! Jason went the week before and told me to ask for the remote and said that they really clean your teeth.
When they asked me if I wanted to do the foam or the other thing, I turned it down. When I told Jason about it, he said that was a good thing, him and his family has No foam and no fluoride on our teeth. The foam has fluoride in it and we don't use that, we even use fluoride free toothpaste. I'll have to put that on my records now.

Went to Tyler and his wife's Wedding Reception

I don't buy cards anymore, I make them. I still need to work on the inside of cards.

On our way to the reception.

As we got to the building, there were a bunch of people in line. It's pretty cool how much I know Jason's cough, because before I saw him, he was there!! Just in time for cutting in line. YAY!

Afterwards, I went to a park where Jason was working and I ended up working at the photo booth. Those are the ups for having my husband be one of the top DJ's working there, I get to come with and I get to work and get paid, and free food.

Saturday: As Jason was gone to work, I cleaned and organized the house. Madison and her daughter came over as I cleaned the downstairs. Then when she had to go to watch some kids over at her place I did some homework. As soon as it was getting very hectic at her place, she asked me to watch her daughter. Felt like she was my own, cleaning the home, doing homework and watching her all at the same time. It wasn't hard at all!
