Valentine's Day

Knowing Jason, he's not big on these kind of things--like he doesn't know what to get me and isn't TOO creative. I wanted to see what he would actually do, for our first Valentine's Day together as a married couple, of course we all know what happens at the end of the day. But I wanted to know more on what Jason would do. I knew he didn't plan much at all!! Seriously, he did have some time to think as he was at work.

So here's my part, I had the morning "shift"
I'm pretty creative and love doing scrapbooks, since I haven't done one for Jason, I decided, this is the time to do so. There's so many pages!! About 30 pages!!
that's a lot, but worth seeing his face for.
Here's the in process picture

Valentine's Day morning, I made Jason some healthy food, I've learned that he's not a big fan of yogurt  no wonder he doesn't want me to buy it. I love it though.

Jason's turn!! He started the day before. He had a work meeting and afterwards he decided to get me a bouquet of white roses, small box of chocolates and sparkling cider. Honestly I loved it!!

Valentine's Day, he took me out to dinner at Magolian Grill. Really nice place!! Lots of food. Then we went to Reed's Dairy and got a cone. Since Jason needed to get some homework done, he worked on that as I was upstairs getting ready. Once he was done with a bit of homework, he started building a fort!! YEEAAHH!! always wanted to make one in our home,
well mission complete!

And of course, we can't forget the sparkling cider...Guess which one was who's.....
Jason sure does love his sparkling cider.

Now that Valentine's Day is over, there's a lot of things to get done; Homework, clean our home, apartment things, more homework, Jason getting ready for his trip to Boise for school and getting ready for my birthday, which is in about 7/8 days!! My golden Birthday actually!!

  1. Building that scrapbook looks like so much fun! I tried to make a blanket fort in our living room once too, but it did not end up so good. Matt thought I was crazy, and the fort had some major structural flaws haha.
